Our Bespoke Training Programme

At Brigshaw Teacher Training, we focus on providing practical, hands-on experience alongside expert guidance. Our programme includes:

  • School Orientation: Familiarise yourself with your school environment before starting, giving you a confident start in September.
  • Classroom Teaching: Begin teaching early, gradually increasing your independent teaching time with the support of your mentor.
  • Weekly Coaching: Receive regular, personalised feedback and improvement targets to help you refine your teaching skills.
  • Weekly Training: Participate in in-person seminars and practice critical teaching behaviours, ensuring you’re prepared for the classroom.

Our Primary Courses

We offer comprehensive teacher training for those passionate about working with young children. Our courses are designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in primary education, ensuring you can inspire and engage children during these formative years.

Primary (3-7 years)
